Process & quality

Project Scoping

Each project enquiry is assigned to a Lead Scientist who works with the individual or organisation in need to develop a clear brief with tangible outcomes.

The scope of work will include a delivery programme and is submitted for internal authorisation by our leadership team and subsequently by our end-user organisation pre-deployment.

Deployment

Our Lead Scientist will liaise with the organisations principal contact in the field to ensure that the brief remains fit for purpose and meets the need, adjusting as events may unfold. All variations to the original brief are documented, such that a full audit trail is available for each project and case folder.

Rigour

Our team of scientists consistently work to the principles and rigour of evidential quality. All our work, findings and interpreted reports may be subjected to legal scrutiny at any time and are prepared and executed on this basis.
